In both cases, I have cycled away to a nicer user experience or a seemingly new killer feature only to return and rework how I use Evernote / OmniFocus. The two tools that have stood the test of time are Evernote for notes and OmniFocus for task management. Seriously! With the number of email accounts now in double figures and calendars not too far behind, resolving this is more important than ever.
